3. What We Do NOT Use

  • No advertising cookies (no retargeting, no ad networks).
  • No social media tracking pixels.
  • No third-party analytics beyond PostHog.
  • No cross-site tracking.

4. How to Control Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data

Enabling Do Not Track in your browser will disable PostHog analytics cookies on CostShield.

5. No Cookie Banner Required

Because we do not use cookies for advertising or non-essential tracking, most jurisdictions do not require a cookie consent banner for our current cookie usage. If we add analytics or tracking cookies in the future, we will implement a consent banner.
